These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OTIMO's Voice AI Assistant and Omnichannel Bot Builder products (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including telemarketing, messaging, and data-protection regulations relevant to your use of voice and messaging automation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace, including activity by users you invite with role-based access.
Where you configure your own LLM, speech, telephony, or infrastructure providers, you are responsible for your relationship and agreements with those providers, including their costs, terms, and acceptable-use policies. OTIMO is not a party to those third-party agreements.
OTIMO retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your configuration, conversation flows, and data processed through the Services.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted deployments' availability depends on your own infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTIMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Either party may terminate use of the Services as described in your order form or, absent one, with reasonable notice. Self-hosted deployments may continue operating independently of any managed-service termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
