One intelligence.
Every conversation.

OTIMO brings together two purpose-built products — a voice AI engine and an omnichannel bot builder — under one platform, so teams don't have to stitch together separate vendors for phone calls and messaging.

OTIMO exists because the conversation infrastructure market split into two silos that never needed to be separate: voice AI on one side, messaging bots on the other. Businesses ended up running two vendor relationships, two integration surfaces, and two analytics dashboards to automate what customers experience as a single relationship.

Our Voice AI Assistant is built for teams who won't stake a phone line on someone else's model, someone else's servers, or someone else's roadmap. It can be run entirely self-hosted with your own LLM, speech, and infrastructure providers, or fully managed if you'd rather we run it. Our Omnichannel Bot Builder brings the same visual, node-based philosophy to WhatsApp, RCS, Telegram, Messenger, and Instagram — one flow definition, rendered natively per channel, with a real execution engine behind every preview.

Our approach

We believe conversation infrastructure should be owned, not rented. That means giving teams the choice to bring their own keys and infrastructure rather than being locked into a single vendor's model shortlist — and it means building governance, audit trails, and multi-tenant isolation in from day one rather than retrofitting them later for enterprise deals.

Both products share a single intelligence layer: the same connector ecosystem, the same underlying platform mental model, and — for teams running both — one place to see how a customer's phone call and chat conversation fit together.

🔑
Ownership first
Bring your own keys and infrastructure, or let us run it — either way, it stays yours.
🧩
One platform
Voice and messaging on a shared intelligence layer, not two disconnected vendors.
🏛️
Governance by default
RBAC, audit logging, and multi-tenant isolation built in, not bolted on for enterprise deals.
